I read Mechanical Engineering at the University of Tomsk and after gaining my BSc degree worked for some time in my chosen profession.

After working in the “Education UK” department at the British Council in Moscow, I joined ITEC, then and now a pre-eminent Russian educational consultancy which assists in placing students in secondary schools and higher education institutions abroad and, when required, gives them additional personal support during the course of their study programmes.

I relocated to the UK in 2012 and shortly thereafter formed DPA Agency initially to serve the needs of international clients seeking UK residential property either for their personal use or as part of a broader investment portfolio.

DPA’s range of services has transformed considerably since its inception so that we now no longer offer property relocation services but instead focus on offering comprehensive education consultancy and guardianship services to our clients all the way from initial brief through to successful placement of their chidren in the schools of their choice and then offering them professional guardianship services until they attain the age of majority.

My personal contacts within the British private school sytem, first established when I worked at the British Council and at ITEC for whom we still act as their UK representatives for their own clients, make us ideally qualified now to offer families and individuals comprehensive guidance and advice in these areas.

I am proud of the reputation that DPA has earned by serving its increasingly diverse clientele and partners over the first ten years of its existence.
